Good to know before you enrol
Who can join a plan?
Plans are for Renway customers who buy their fuel from Renway, with natural gas homes the exception. They cover heating and cooling equipment in your residence, and each piece of equipment needs its own agreement.
What is not covered?
Heat pump parts, oil tanks, oil lines, heat exchangers, electronic thermostats, humidifiers and a few other listed items are excluded. There is a yearly maximum of $800 per appliance.
Am I covered if I run out of fuel?
On a maintenance plan, a restart after running out of heating fuel is covered only for automatic delivery customers. Automatic delivery costs nothing extra.
How do I sign up?
Pick a plan, fill in the agreement form and return it to the office at 56 Henry Street, by fax to 519-752-7293 or by email to info@renwayenergy.com. Renway then contacts you to book your maintenance visit. Plans are paid in advance and renew on the agreement's expiry date.
